Wow! I can't believe how much things have changed. I can't believe how many calories I smashed today in my workout. I really have found a new love and that is BOXING!! It is amazing that in 25 mins I burnt over 400 calories! Do any of you have a favourite class? One that you go to every week? This is my second session and I am hooked already.
