New Year, New Me

Welcome to my blog! 

Health and Fitness has become a growing passion of mine over the past 4 years. This blog is a way for me to stay true to my course and allow myself to share my weightloss journey with you all. 

My biggest fitness idol has to be Michelle Bridges! 



She is a fit and strong woman who is an inspiration to many men and woman in society. I joined her very first round of her online program "12 Week Body Transformation" and lost a great deal of weight and felt like I gained back my life. I have all of her books, I watch every season of Biggest Loser and having the chance to train with Michelle at the end of last year was my biggest highlight and something I will never forget!
 
The past few years have seen many struggles for me; mentally, physically and emotionally. I have not gained back the weight I have lost but I feel like I have hit a brick wall. Towards the end of last year I was hospitalised, and this ordeal generated many break downs for me.....

           With every breakdown comes a break through

HItting my lowest point enabled me to look at myself and decide what I want. At the beginning of this year I sat down and addressed what I want out of life and who I actually want to be. I want to be a strong, fit and healthy woman who inspires others. So this year I have signed up for Michelle Bridge's 12wbt www.12wbt.com.au
